Mulled Wine Spice
This mix is based on an original Victorian recipe and can be used with spirits or wine to make a truly festive drink.
A unique blend of spices including allspice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg with orange and lemon peel.
Mixing recommendations: Add the contents of one sachet to 250 ml of red wine, stir then bring almost to the boil, maintain temperature for 10 minutes while stirring.
Strain if desired then serve. Store in a cool, dry place.
Spiced Apple Un-Toddy.
Mixing recommendations: Add the contents of one sachet to a cup (250 ml) of apple juice then warm gently. Add sweetener to taste.
